Home Made Crunchy Chicken Nuggets

Have you ever wondered how to make homemade crunchy golden
brown chicken nuggets for dinner? Well have I got a recipe for you. Just follow
these steps and you’ll get nice golden brown chicken nuggets. Enjoy J Oh and by the way
these are all my recipes you will not find them on recipe books. I made the
recipe.
8 drum stick skin off
2 litres of water
1 table spoon of salt
1 cup of plain flour
(All seasoning has to be the same measure, half coffee spoon)
Cumin, black pepper, red pepper, dry mint, dry basil, dry oregano,
turmeric, nutmeg
1 coffee spoon of salt
2 eggs
100 ml milk
1cup bread crumbed
3 cups corn oil, for
frying ( which ever oil you like to use, your desired)
PREPARING
Step 1: Put in
water large deep pan and high heat stove for boiling water. When it’s boiling
add 1 table spoon of salt, washed chicken drum stick put in boiling water. Put
the stove to medium heat. Cook 25 minutes. (Do not cook it over )
1. Put in flour, all
seasoning and 1 coffee spoon of salt large plate, mixed well.
2. Pour milk into a small bowl.
3. Put bread crumbs into large plate.
4. Whisk the egg in a large bowl.
Step 2. When the
chicken is cooked, put in the colander for a few minutes, it will dry.
Pour oil in the pan, wait for the oil to heat up in medium heat
till it gets hot.
Step 3. First of all
dip the chicken in milk and roll the chicken until it is covered in milk
remove the chicken
from the bowl of milk and
Put it into the seasoning and roll the seasoning until it is
covered around it. Then take the chicken with seasoning .
Dip it into the
whisked egg.
Step 4. Put the chicken that’s been dipped into the egg into
the bread crumbs. Then put the chicken into the hot oil that’s been heating up
in medium heat. When their golden brown take it out and put it into the dinner
plate. Hope you enjoyed this chicken recipe and this is a recipe that I made
all by myself. Have a nice crunchy chicken J
Tip: When you dip the chicken into the milk it helps it to
stick the seasoning around the chicken.
Tavuk Nugget
Malzemeler:
8 adet tavuk kucuk tavuk budu, derisi cikarilmis
2 litre su
1 yemek kasigi tuz
1 su bardagi un
Toz kirmizi biber, karabiber, kimyon, muskat (kucuk
hindistan cevizi), kuru kekik, kuru nane, kuru feslegen, zerdecal. ( 1’er cay
kasigi olcusunde olacak butun baharatlar.)
1 tatli kasigi tuz
1 su bardagi sut
2 yumurta
1su bardagi galeta unu (eger isterseniz misir unu da
karistirabilirsiniz)
2 subardagi sivi yag
Yapilisi: Suyu bir tencereye koyup kaynatin. Kaynayan suya
1yemek kasigi tuz koyup, yikanmis tavuklari icine koyup 25 dakika kadar
haslayin. ( yalniz cok haslamayin )
Tavuklar haslanirken
harclarini hazirlayin.
1.Yayvan bir tabagin icine unu, 1tatli kasigi tuzu ve
baharatlari karistirip bir kenara koyun.
2.Genis bir kasenin icine sutu koyun.
3.Yayvan bir tabaga galeta ununu koyun.
4. Genis bir kasenin icin de yumurtalari cirpin ve hazir hale getirin.
Haslanan tavuklari bir suzgecin icine cikarip bir kac dakika
sogutun, kendi sicakligda dis kismi kuruyacaktir.
Tavaya yagi koyup isitin. Yag isinirken;
Tavuklari once sute yatirin; sutten cikarip,
Baharatli una bulayin; sonra
Unlanmis tavuklari yumurtaya bulayin;
Son olarakda galeta ununa bulayip kizgin yagda nar gibi
olana dek kizartin.
Not: Sut yapiskan ozelligi oldugu icin once sute buluyoruz
butun malzemeler muntazam bir sekilde yapismis oluyor.
Bu tarifi kendim gelistirdim, hazir satilan bu kizartmalarin
yaglarinin uzun sure kullanildigi icin saglikli olmadigi herkesce biliniyor
artik; ama bunu saglikli ve herkesin sevecegi bir sekilde nasil yapabilirim
diye dusundum ve birkac kez denedim; sonuc olarak herkes cok begendi. Yaninda
patates puresi ve domates sosuyla veya ketcapla servis yapabilirsiniz. Afiyet olsun
