All my friends and my family encouraged for me to have a blog. Because they all love my cook, so eventually I said to myself WHY NOT? It would be great to share my recipes for everyone and hear from them.
Well, kids usually don't like to eat vegetable and fruits as we all know. So I thought to myself how can I get them to be interested in vegetable and fruits, so they can get all the necessary nutrients for their welbeing. We all appreciate healthy food don't we? In this blog, I will give you my secret tips to cook delicious and healthy meals in easy way and quess what? You don't have to pay fortune for those easy dishes, that's the beauty of it.

TURKISH BREAKFAST MUST HAVE OLIVE
250g black olive or green olive (take seed out) / 250gr cekirdekliri cikarilmis zeytin ( siyah veya yesil)
50g walnuts grounded / 50gr dovulmus ceviz ici
1 coffee spoons of dry oregano / 1 kahve kasigi kuru kekik
1 clove of garlic smashed / 1 dis sarmisak
1/2 coffee spoon of chili pepper / 1/2 kahve kasigi pul biber
50ml olive oil / 50ml zeytin yagi
PREPARE:
Put olives into the food processor till smooth and add all ingredients mix it well. Put olive paste into a jar. Keep in a jar refrigerator.
Tip: You can make pastry with olive paste.
YAPILISI: Zeytinleri blenderdan yada mutfak robotundan gecirin, kalan malzemeleri ekleyip karistirin. Cam kavanoza koyup, buzdolabinda saklayin.
- Bu zeytin ezmsini pogcalarda ve boreklerde kullanabilirsiniz.
