All my friends and my family encouraged for me to have a blog. Because they all love my cook, so eventually I said to myself WHY NOT? It would be great to share my recipes for everyone and hear from them.
Well, kids usually don't like to eat vegetable and fruits as we all know. So I thought to myself how can I get them to be interested in vegetable and fruits, so they can get all the necessary nutrients for their welbeing. We all appreciate healthy food don't we? In this blog, I will give you my secret tips to cook delicious and healthy meals in easy way and quess what? You don't have to pay fortune for those easy dishes, that's the beauty of it.

KEREVIZ SALATASI
1 Celeriac, peeled and grated
100g walnut crumbed
2 spoons of mayonnaise
400g plain yogurt
2 cloves of garlic, smashed
1 flat coffee spoon of salt
For decor: Walnut, celery, olive oil
PREPARING:
1.You well mixed yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and garlic.
2. Add grated celeriac and walnut stir well.
3. Put into serve bowl and decorate on top walnut, and celery, olive oil.
Tip: This is perfect salad, you can serve with lamb, chicken, beef barbecue .
KEREVIZ SALATASI
1 adet kok kereviz soyulmus ve rendelenmis
Yarim su bardagi dovulmus ceviz
2 yemek kasigi mayonez
400gr yogurt
2 dis ezilmis sarmisak
1 silme tatli kasigi tuz
Suslemek icin: Butun ceviz ici, sap kereviz, zeytin yagi
Yapilisi: Yogurt, mayonez , tuz ve sarmisagi iyice karistirin puruzsuz olana kadar, kereviz ve ceviz icini karistirin. Servis tabagina koyup susleyin.
