Well, kids usually don't like to eat vegetable and fruits as we all know. So I thought to myself how can I get them to be interested in vegetable and fruits, so they can get all the necessary nutrients for their welbeing. We all appreciate healthy food don't we? In this blog, I will give you my secret tips to cook delicious and healthy meals in easy way and quess what? You don't have to pay fortune for those easy dishes, that's the beauty of it.

PATLICAN SALATASI
1 green capsicum
1/2 bunch parsley
1 red onion
1 lemon juice
salt, chili pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
PREPARING:
1. Eggplant and capsicum roasted to grill or barbecue and peeled skin chopped all of them put in the large bowl and ad half moon sliced onion, finely chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, chili pepper and olive oil. Mixed well and put in the serve plate.

1 patlican
2 tane carliston biber
1/2 demet maydanoz
1 kirmizi sogan
1 limonun suyu
Tuz, pulbiber, zeytin yagi
Hazirlanisi: Patlicanlari ve biberleri kozleyip kabuklarini soyun, kucuk kucuk dograyin. Maydanozlari incecik kiyip ekleyin, soganlari yarim ay seklinde incecik kiyin onu da ekleyin. Limonsuyu, tuz, pulbiberi ve yeterince zeytin yaginida koyup karistirin . Servis tabagina koyup susleyin.
